🍃 GIDDAPAHAR SPRING DELIGHT 🍃
A mid spring , whole leaf first flush tea, sourced from Giddapahar tea estate, a family run tea estate, situated in the misty Kurseong valley of Darjeeling district.
This first flush tea is made from a mix of china and china hybrid bushes and is slightly more oxidised than a regular first flush tea, that gives the tea a comparatively fuller body.
The cup begins with a briskness, with notes of herbs and ripe fruits. As the tea cools, a gentle honey like sweetness emerge in the middle. The finish is brisk with notes of herbs lingering on the palate. A fine tea to enjoy all year round.
Steeping Instructions per cup:
2tsp/2.5g | 150ml water | 80-85°C | 3-5 mins
