Presenting our inaugural launch from the pristine Kangra valley of Himachal Pradesh.
A fine, whole leaf first flush tea, made from pure Chinary bushes, sourced from Wah tea estate, a small, family run tea estate that is currently under organic conversion.
The light bodied cup begins with notes of freshly cut grass, floral undertones and a subtle spiciness. In the middle, as the liquor cools, fruity and vegetal notes of corn husk emerge. The finish is sweet, citrusy with a soft astringency that lingers on the palate.
Steeping Instructions per cup:
2tsp/2.5g | 150ml water | 80-85°C | 3-5 mins
